EASIEST Chocolate Trifle Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package brownie mix
- 1 large egg
- ¾ cup water, divided
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (1.5 ounce) bar chocolate candy
Directions
-
Gather all ingredients.
-
Pre-heat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). An 8-inch square glass baking pan should be greased.
-
The brownie mix, egg, a quarter cup of water, and vegetable oil should be mixed together in a big bowl. Stir until thoroughly combined, which should take around fifty strokes. Place in the pan that has been prepared.
3. Place the recipe in an oven that has been warmed and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted 1 inch in from the edges comes out clean. Take out of the oven and allow to cool entirely, which should take approximately thirty minutes.
4. Once the brownies have cooled, cut them into squares measuring one inch and keep them away.
5. In a large bowl, combine the custard mix, the remaining half cup of water, and the condensed milk. Mix until the mixture is completely smooth. To ensure that there are no streaks left, fold in eight ounces of whipped topping.
6. Fill a trifle bowl or a glass serving dish with half of the brownies and set it aside. Place one-half of the custard mixture on top, followed by one-half of the whipped topping bottle that contains twelve ounces. Iterate the layers. As a garnish, shave some chocolate over the top.
9. Serve eight hours after placing in the refrigerator.
