Air Fryer Chicken Thighs (Boneless & Skinless) Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a medium-sized bowl. Blend the seasonings thoroughly by mixing them in.

When the chicken thighs are thoroughly covered with the seasoning mixture, add them to the bowl and toss again.

Set the air fryer’s temperature to 380 degrees.

When the air fryer is ready, place the chicken thighs, smooth side down, in a single layer.

Cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit, about 15 minutes. Make sure the chicken is flipped halfway through.

When finished, the chicken thighs will have crispy edges and be moist and soft. Take out of the air fryer, allow it cool, and serve with your preferred side dishes.

NOTES

Storage And Reheating Instructions:  Remaining food can be kept for up to three days in the refrigerator in an airtight container.Heat the air fryer to 370 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for one to three minutes, or until crispy, to reheat.

Pro Tips:

Cooking chicken thighs in a single layer is recommended. Avoid stacking.

I used the Instant Vortex Plus 6 quart air fryer. As every air fryer has a somewhat different cooking method, you will need to modify this recipe according to the model you are using.

The USDA states that chicken should be cooked through, with an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Boneless chicken thighs cooked in the air fryer are simple to prepare and need little time.

Ideal for those new to air fryers! One of my favorite dishes to prepare in the air fryer is chicken thighs since they always have a great flavor. You ought to incorporate this into your regular meal routine.

These boneless, skinless chicken thighs cook quickly, which makes them a great option for hectic weekday dinners or for last-minute dinners.

These chicken thighs taste just as good off the grill—they’re soft, delicious, and have crispy edges!
