Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup erythritol (or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup dried blueberries (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries (unsweetened)

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees Celsius).
  • The almonds, pecans, shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, erythritol, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt should be mixed together in a large mixing bowl by combining all of the ingredients.

 

  • Ensure that all of the ingredients are distributed evenly by thoroughly mixing them.
  • The melted coconut oil and vanilla extract should be combined in a small bowl and stirred together.
