The Best Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe:- This holiday season, this silky and creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge will become your new favorite dessert.
The Best Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe
A few years back, I made this fudge for my husband’s workplace, and when I allowed my kids try it, they went a bit crazy.
I told them we would make it again soon, but they were so dejected when I packaged it up to take to work with Sean. This fudge is so simple to make that I was confident I could keep my promise.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips about 1 ½ cups
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine the marshmallows, milk, and chocolate chips over medium heat. Stirring often, let the chocolate melt. Add the vanilla and peanut butter. Mix thoroughly and stir to melt.
Take off the heat source. Grease a 10-inch square pan very lightly or line it with parchment. Using a spatula, spread the fudge after pouring it into the pan. Place in the fridge to chill until solid. Cut into 1-inch pieces and keep chilled in an airtight container. Have fun!

Expert Tips
It’s ideal to use a sharp chef’s knife to slice fudge.
Run hot water over the knife to preheat it. After wiping the knife dry with a clean cloth, cut through the chilled fudge.
Slices of cold fudge are easier. Before cutting, don’t allow it to reach room temperature.
This simple fudge is perfect for a holiday spread! It’s ideal to present as a gift to instructors, friends, and family, or to add to your dessert table at home.
It needs to be kept in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Make sure the fudge doesn’t adhere to one another by separating each piece with parchment paper or a piece of wax. Fittings maintained in an airtight container will keep fudge fresh for two to three weeks in the refrigerated.
Using a Microwave to Make Fudge
Your microwave is a great tool to use with this fudge recipe. It cuts your prep time down to nearly nothing (honestly, less than 10 minutes start to finish and if you are in a hurry, you can make it in 5-6 minutes). Plan ahead, though, as this sweet deliciousness will need time in the refrigerator to set.
If you don’t have a microwave, no problem! Just heat the ingredients in two small saucepans on the stovetop. Using a double boiler to melt your chocolate is a great option, especially since microwaves differ in power.
