Thank you so much Ms Gomez for informing us of the vitamin and mineral intake of these leafy green vegetables recently I’ve had to alter my diet drastically and I was encouraged due to an eczema outbreak to really eat more vegetables and fruit since a month ago I have lost 24 pounds eating like this and I do feel Fuller and I do feel less stress and I do feel even a little bit more alert other than the the pills I had to take to keep the itch away so this information is so true the Earth gives us everything we need to stay healthy that’s our god-given gift and I thank you for the information and I wish you all the best just keep it coming we all need this thank you
