- 90 g butter room temperature
- 150 g granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs room temperature
- 180 g all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 120 g sour cream room temperature
- 30 g vegetable oil e.g. canola oil
- 2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- 100 g butter room temperature
- 165 g powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon whole milk room temperature
- 250 g fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoon smooth strawberry jam

CUPCAKE WITH VANILLA
Set the standard oven temperature to 170oC. Line a 22×20 cm square baking tray with parchment paper.Mix the salt, baking soda, baking powder, and all-purpose flour and put aside.
