Strawberry Glazed Donuts Recipe – learn like a pro

It’s really that simple to make these strawberry-glazed donuts. You can use bowls and a whisk to make them instead of a mixer. Simple as that. The glaze is my favourite part of these donuts. It’s a pink glaze that comes from the fresh strawberry puree. It tastes great with vanilla donuts.

Instructions

  • Warm the oven up to 350°F. Use baking spray to make two donut pans nonstick.
  • Put the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl and mix them together. Put away.

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of salt, and a pinch of nutmeg.
  • Add the milk, sour cream, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla to a different bowl, and mix them together.

  • ⅔ cup white sugar,2 large eggs,½ cup milk,½ cup sour cream,4 tablespoons unsalted butter,1 teaspoon salt Extract of pure vanilla
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together until they are just mixed.

  • Take a piping bag or ziplock bag and fill it with batter. Then, pipe the batter into the donut pan. There should be ⅔rds of batter in it. Look at the picture in the blog post.
  • After 10 to 13 minutes, if you stick a toothpick in it, it should come out clean. After making the donuts, leave them in the pan for 5 minutes before moving them to a rack to cool.

  • Put the strawberry slices into the food processor and blend them until they are smooth. Put the puree in a small bowl. Put in half of the sugar powder. Mix everything together.
  • ½ cup of strawberries and 2 cups of powdered sugar Put in the rest of the sugar powder and mix it in. Before you add the milk, it should be thick.

  • Mix in the milk until the glaze is just runny enough to cover the donuts but thick enough to stay on top of them. Add more powdered sugar if it’s too thin.
  • 1 tablespoon of milk Cover the donuts with the glaze and set them on a rack to dry.

Storing

With a lid, you can keep these strawberry-glazed donuts in the fridge for up to 5 days. The freshest donuts taste the best. If you put the donuts in a container that won’t let air in, the glaze can melt a little.
