Simple Roast Beef Horseradish Roll-Ups Recipe

In a clean, bite-sized container, these savory nibbles mix the rich flavour of roast beef with the acidic sting of horseradish. All of this is wrapped up in a neat package. In order to prepare these wonderful roll-ups, here is a straightforward recipe.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large tortilla
  • ¼ pound roast beef, sliced thin
  • 2 slices cheese, I used Sargento Colby-Pepper Jack
  • ½ cup arugula
  • Fresh Sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1teaspoon horseradish

INSTRUCTIONS

It is time to make the horseradish cream. Cream cheese that has been softened, horseradish sauce, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard should be mixed together in a mixing bowl by the individual. Stir until all of the ingredients are thoroughly mixed together and smooth.

Salt and pepper should be added to taste. Putting together the Roll-Ups: A slice of roast beef should be placed on a clean surface or cutting board before being cut. The slice of roast beef should be covered with a thin layer of the horseradish cream mixture once it has been spread evenly.

At one end of the slice, arrange a tiny amount of spinach or rocket leaves in individual leaves. Chives that have been coarsely chopped should be sprinkled on top of the greens.

Rolled up and fastened: Form the roast beef slice into a tight roll by beginning at the end with the greens and working your way towards the middle. In order to keep the roll from falling apart, use a toothpick to secure it.
All of the leftover slices of roast meat should be processed in the same manner.

Refrigerate and serve: Put the roll-ups in an orderly fashion on a serving dish. The roll-ups should be chilled in the refrigerator for at least half an hour before they are served so that the flavours may combine and the roll-ups can become more solid. Can be served either chilled or at room temperature.
