Instructions
Warm the oven up to 425°F. Put parchment paper on a baking sheet. That way, you won’t have to clean the pan until tomorrow.
Add a lot of salt, pepper, and the ½ teaspoon of garlic powder to the wings. Set the wings out on the baking pan in a single layer. Put them in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until they turn brown.
The Parmesan mixture should be made in a small bowl while the wings are baking.
As soon as the wings are done cooking, put them in a bowl. Fill the wings with the Parmesan mixture.
Toss the wings around to make sure that all of the Parmesan mixture covers each wing. Serve right away.
Notes
Warm the oven up to 425°F. Put parchment paper on a baking sheet. That way, you won’t have to clean the pan until tomorrow.
The wings I got were already cut into wingettes and drumettes. If yours aren’t, take off the tip of the wing and cut it straight through the joint. Throw away the wing tip.
After 45 minutes, if your wings are still not golden and crispy, turn on the oven and cook them for another three minutes, being careful not to burn them.
