Instructions

At a temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit, the oven must to be preheated. The rack should be positioned such that it is sitting in the middle of the room.
A small bowl should be used to combine the salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Then, the ingredients should be mixed together.

After applying the seasoning to the tenderloins, use your hands to press the spices all over the surface of the tenderloins until they are evenly coated. Repeat this process until the tenderloins are completely covered. Proceed with this method until the tenderloins are completely covered in the dressing.

For the purpose of melting the butter and olive oil, a large pan that can be used in the oven, such as a Dutch oven or a cast iron skillet, should be prepared over medium-high heat. Following the attainment of the desired temperature in the oil, the tenderloins should be added and browned on all sides respectively. It is estimated that the entire process will take roughly six minutes.

The pan should be baked for thirteen to fifteen minutes with the lid off after it has been placed in the oven first. The tenderloins should be turned over on the midway point of the cooking period. When the temperature sensor in the middle of the tenderloin reaches at least 150 degrees Fahrenheit, the tenderloin is ready to be baked.

After placing the tenderloins on a cutting board, cover them with aluminium foil and let them rest for at least ten minutes before slicing them. This will ensure that the tenderloins are cooked through. In the event that you so wish, sprinkle some chopped parsley on top, and then serve.

Notes

It is possible to keep the tenderloin in the refrigerator for up to three to four days after it has been cooked if it is put in a container that is airtight. You should freeze your pork within two hours of cooking it in order to prevent the growth of bacteria when it is stored in the refrigerator. With this, it will be possible to preserve it for a period of up to three months.
