Pear Apple Avocado Spinach Salad Recipe :-A spectacular experience for the taste buds is generated by this simple recipe for green salad, which boasts a wide variety of flavors and textures thanks to its simple preparation.

A delightful autumn salad is created by combining a variety of ingredients, including sweet apples and pears, creamy avocado, tangy feta cheese, zingy red onion, sweet and sour dried cranberries, and luscious candied walnuts.

This salad is perfect for accompanying any main dish. Despite the fact that I slice everything in order to create a visually appealing presentation,

I find that the texture of chopped salads, in which everything is chopped into little chunks, is more appealing to me than sliced salads Chopping all of the ingredients, including the spinach or spring greens, is something that I do recommend doing in order to achieve the finest possible outcomes. This will make the salad much simpler to put into the mouth.

Ingredients for Pear Apple Avocado Spinach Salad:

1 . Baby Spinach or Spring Greens

One of the most important components of this pear spinach salad! Grab a large container of baby spinach or spring greens and bring it to your house. For this recipe, you will need ten ounces of your preferred greens.

2 . Feta Cheese

There is a significant amount of flavor that is added to the salad recipe by the tangy feta cheese, which also serves as an acidic counterweight to the sweet ingredients. If you prefer, you can replace it with gorgonzola cheese instead.

3 . Dried Cranberries

Salads are one of my favorite things to add dried fruit to since it not only gives a delightfully sweet and tart flavor, but it also adds some fun texture. There is no difficulty in using dried blueberries or raisins in this recipe.

4 . Candied Walnuts

The salad is enhanced with a buttery, sweet, and nutty flavor, as well as a crisp texture, thanks to the candied walnuts that I make at home.

For the purpose of preparing homemade candied walnuts, you can easily omit the processes that I have outlined and instead use raw walnuts, roasted walnuts, or any other nut or seed that you choose.

If you prefer candied nuts that are sweeter, you can add one to two tablespoons of brown sugar to the walnuts while they are being toasted on the stove top. The walnuts don’t have much of a sweetness to them, which is something I really prefer.

5 . Balsamic Dressing Ingredients

Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, ground cinnamon (believe me on this one),

pure maple syrup, dark pepper, sea salt, and Dijon mustard are the ingredients that you will need.

Salad Dressing Options:

If you love making homemade salad dressings, you can follow the Cinnamon Maple Balsamic Dressing recipe I have included in the recipe card below, or make one of the following recipes.

How to Make Pear Apple Avocado Spinach Salad:

Make candied walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette first.

A Nutri Bullet or Magic Bullet can be used to blend the balsamic vinaigrette components until smooth.

Balsamic vinaigrette ingredients in a small blender.

Without a tiny blender, mix everything well in a small bowl. Save in an airtight container in the fridge until use.

Heat all candied walnut ingredients in a small skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook nuts for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sticky and caramelized.

Walnuts burn quickly, so don’t leave them. Place walnuts in a basin and set aside immediately.

Skillet-candied walnuts Leave walnut halves intact or slice them. You should cut them.

Cut the spinach (or spring greens), apple, pear (cores removed), avocado, and red onion into small pieces and place in a big bowl.

Use a big mixing basin or the salad’s serving bowl. Mix in feta, dried cranberries, and candied walnuts. Pour dressing over salad and toss until coated. Serve salad with your main course and enjoy!

I don’t recommend making this recipe ahead of time because salad tastes best when served within an hour or two. Prep the dressing and walnuts ahead of time, then cut and mix everything else right before serving.
