One-Ingredient Banana Ice Cream Recipe (10+ Flavors) :-You just need one easy ingredient to make banana ice cream, and that is frozen bananas. We do not require an ice cream maker. To serve, simply combine until it becomes creamy. If you are feeling particularly opulent, you can even finish it off with a handcrafted magic shell!

Here’s What You Need:

For the ice cream you only need two simple ingredients:

1 . frozen banana

  • the leading lady of the show! In order to make the process of blending the banana more straightforward, I like to peel and chop it before freezing it.

2 . almond milk

  • Adding unsweetened almond milk is not required, however it can be done if you want the mixture to come together more easily.



If you want to make the chocolate magic shell you’ll also need:

  • chocolate chips
  • coconut oil
  • sea salt



Flavor Variation Ideas:

  • There are so many different methods to get creative with banana ice cream and produce new flavours. Oh my goodness, there are so many such ways. A few suggestions are provided below to get you started.

1 . Chocolate

  • A chocolate-flavored dessert can be made by combining chocolate chips or cacao nibs with half a teaspoon to one tablespoon of cocoa powder or cacao powder. Or you could simply check out my recipe for chocolate banana ice cream.

2 . Peanut Butter

  • During the process of mixing, add one tablespoon of peanut butter, and then sprinkle another tablespoon of peanut butter on top. It’s one of my go-to recipes, and it never fails to wow.

 3 . Coconut

  • A delightful banana coconut combination can be achieved by topping the dish with handmade toasted coconut flakes.

4 . Berry

  • Incorporate frozen berries into the mixture as it is being blended, and/or serve it with fresh berries on top.

5 . Vanilla

  • To achieve a deliciously vanilla flavour, incorporate vanilla bean paste made from half to one vanilla bean pod or vanilla essence.

6 . Oatmeal raisin

  • Take a look at my oatmeal raisin ice cream, which is made using banana ice cream which serves as the foundation.


Ingredients :

  • 3 chunks of frozen banana
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of almond milk,
  • if needed 2 tablespoons of Lily’s dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil ▢a pinch of flaked sea salt




  • Blend or process until smooth and creamy, which typically takes about four to five minutes in a high-powered blender or two to three minutes in a food processor.
  • There is a possibility that you may need to turn off the motor and stir the mixture several times while it is being processed. In the event that the mixture does not begin to come together at any point, add a small amount of almond milk, one tablespoon at a time. In most cases, I are not required to do this!
