No Bake Blueberry Cheesecake -Learn like a Pro
Ingredients :
- 18 graham crackers (whole )
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick, melted)
- 8 oz cream cheese (brought to room temperature)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups blueberry pie filling
Directions :
Use a food processor or mixer to break up the graham crackers into small pieces.
Put melted butter into the blender and pulse it a few times to mix the graham cracker crumbs in.
Making sure it’s well packed, press the crumbs into the bottom and up the sides of a springform pan.
Put the crust in the fridge while you make the rest of the cheesecake. This will help the top get firmer by cooling the butter.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla together.
Use a mixer to beat the ingredients together until the mixture is stiff and creamy.
Spread the cream cheese filling out evenly in the crust.
Put in the fridge for at least two hours.
Add the blueberry pie filling on top.

Make little cheesecakes out of this: Cut the recipe in half and use a small cheesecake pan. WHAT FUN AND CUTE!!
Any kind of cookie will work as a crust. Vanilla wafer cookies are great as a base too.
You can use apple or cherry pie filling. If you use apple, add some cinnamon to the cheesecake batter.
