Prepare the oven by preheating it to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Gather the berries, wash them, and then pat them dry. When using strawberries, cut them into slices. In order to make the berries, I used sliced blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries. Berries, cornflour, honey, and the zest of one lemon should be combined in a bowl.
There is also the option of including a dash of cinnamon, which pairs exceptionally nicely with the berries. After placing the pie crust on a sheet of parchment paper, roll it out.
