Maple Oat Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe – Know the Secret Tips :- Having spent more than a year looking for the ideal cookies made with whole wheat, I have finally found them. On the other hand, a girl can only have a certain number of cookies, so the procedure has been lengthy and slow, and it has been halted during the sweltering summer.

Maple Oat Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe – Know the Secret Tips

In an effort to limit down the choices, I conducted a search for the most authoritative sources on chocolate chip cookies and tried out the cookie recipes that seemed to have the greatest potential.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ½ cups whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1 cup whole spelt flour (or an additional cup of whole wheat pastry flour)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 ½ cups raw (turbinado) sugar
  • ⅓ cup real maple syrup
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips (60% or higher)
  • Maldon salt (optional), for sprinkling

INSTRUCTIONS

Begin by preparing a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper and preheating the oven to 375 degrees.
To make the mixture, combine the flours, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a medium basin and whisk them together.

Begin by beating the butter in a large bowl or stand mixer until it becomes frothy and light, and then proceed to whisk in the sugar. The eggs should be beaten in one at a time. Vanilla extract and maple syrup should be mixed in with a whisk.

Dry components should be added in three separate increments, with stirring in between each addition. You should have a dough that is wet and golden all over once you have finished incorporating the other dry ingredients into the components.

To ensure that the chocolate chips and oats are dispersed equally throughout the mixture, stir them in by hand. Incorporate some strength into it! Place approximately two tablespoons of dough for each cookie onto the baking sheet, being sure to leave a space of around two inches around each cookie.

Ten minutes in the oven, until the tops are just beginning to turn golden. Make sure to err on the side of underbaking. After allowing the cookies to cool for approximately one minute on the baking sheet, move them to a cooling rack to finish cooling. On the off chance that you so wish, sprinkle some Maldon salt on top. Of course, serve with a glass of milk accompanying it!
