Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe :-This fudge is one of the first recipes that I uploaded to my website in 2016, and it is one of my favorites. The moment has come to provide an update that included further hints and information.

In its current form, the recipe is flawless, and it has not been altered in any way. This fudge, which is characterized by its creamy, chocolatey, and nutty flavor’s, is one that I continue to enjoy and prepare on a regular basis.

Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

INGREDIENTS :

  • Traditionally, condensed milk is used in the production of fudge. The keto fudge that I make is made with condensed milk, and I have a recipe for sugar-free condensed milk that is just amazing.
  • On the other hand, this recipe for chocolate peanut butter fudge includes butter, which gives it an extra creamy texture.

1 . Butter

  • My selection was the butter that was unsalted. On the other hand, the addition of salted butter would provide the fudge with an additional layer of flavor depth because to its inclusion.

2 . Peanut butter

  • If we are being completely honest, this should only consist of one component, and that component may be peanuts. It is common for brands that are sold in supermarkets to contain fillers that are not required, such as sugar or palm oil (gasp). The Meridian brand is one that I enjoy using.

3 . Dark chocolate

  • The Lindt chocolate that I used had a cocoa solids content of ninety percent throughout. However, there is just seven grammes of sugar contained in this bar that weighs one hundred grammes. Taking into account the fact that you only need one bar of chocolate to produce thirty squares of fudge, I believe that it is okay to do so.

4 . Powdered Sweetener

  • The use of any sugar replacement that does not include any carbs, such as erythritol, xylitol, allulose, or Bacha Sweet, is OK.

INSTRUCTIONS :

Butter and chocolate should be melted together. This can be done in the microwave in quick bursts of thirty seconds each. You could also melt them in a saucepan on the stove at a low heat setting.

Get the mixture off the stove and set it aside. Incorporate the powdered sugar and peanut butter into the mixture.

Put the mixture into a small container that has been lined with parchment paper, and then freeze it for half an hour, or until it has just begun to set.

The jar containing the fudge should be removed from the freezer. After removing the fudge from the parchment paper, place it on a cutting board and set it aside. To cut the fudge into squares, first warm the blade of a knife by placing it under hot water.

Place the fudge in a container that is airtight and either place it in the refrigerator or the freezer.

TOPPINGS :

Adding a little bit of crunch with peanuts

Nuts that have been chopped, such as walnuts or pecans

unsweetened coconut that has been dried out

Raspberries that have been freeze-dried for a vibrant colour

STORAGE :

It is possible to store this low-carb fudge in the refrigerator for up to three weeks if you store it in an airtight container.

Alternately, you could store it in the freezer so that it is ready to be consumed whenever you feel the need for a delicious and guilt-free pick-me-up. In the freezer, it can maintain its freshness for up to three months.

My fudge is stored in the freezer because I enjoy having a freezer full of helpful meals that are already prepared for those days when you are looking

for a quick fix. Not only does it taste great when frozen, but it also tastes great when thawed, which brings out its full delightful creaminess.

NOTES :

Each square of fudge has 1.2 grammes of net carbohydrates. Produces thirty squares.

You may alternatively use unsweetened chocolate or sugar-free chocolate chips in place of the 90% chocolate that you would normally use. To achieve the desired results, adjust the quantity of powdered sweetener.

Because it has a high percentage of fat, the fudge is creamy long after it has been removed from the freezer. You can keep it in the refrigerator for up to three weeks, or you can put it in the freezer for four months.
