Instruction

Put the chicken breasts and all the ingredients for the Easy Homemade Italian Dressing in a gallon bags. Squeeze out any extra air before closing the bag.

Soak the chicken in the sauce for at least an hour and up to twelve hours. You can grill or sauté your chicken, whichever you like better. I’ll explain how to do both of them below.

Take one chicken breast out of the bag and put it on a hot grill over medium-low heat. For five to seven minutes on each side, or until done, put it on the grill. (The juices should be clear.)

Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil or another fat that you can use to cook in a pan that is on the stove. Make the oil hot, but not too hot.

When you put the chicken in the pan and hear it sizzle, it’s ready. Place one chicken breast on top of the other in the pan. Put it in the oven for 5 minutes. Turn your chicken over.

For an extra 5 minutes, cook. (When chicken is done, it should feel hard when you touch it, and the juices should run clear.)

Notes

There’s enough sauce for up to 8 chicken breasts, so feel free to add two more if you’re cooking for a lot of people or just making meals ahead of time!
