Hershey’s Kisses Homemade Brownies Recipe -Learn like a Pro

Ingredients :

Milk Chocolate Brownies

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • 63 Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Kisses (unwrapped)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

Milk Chocolate Ganache

  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 30 Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Kisses (unwrapped)
  • choice of sprinkles or other toppings

Instructions :

Fill the oven with warm air. Spray cooking spray or line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper to get it ready. Put away.

Make the brownies

63 Hershey Kisses that have not been wrapped should be put in a big bowl that can go in the microwave. Stir the kisses and butter every 30 seconds for two minutes while they are heating up.

Mix everything together by stirring it. It’s okay if the blend looks like it’s split up; just keep stirring it until it comes back together.

Put in the eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Mix them for a few minutes until they are well mixed.

Stir in the flour and salt until everything is well mixed. To do this and get it into the baking dish, I use a spoon.

Evenly spread the batter in the pan that has been made. Make it for 20 to 22 minutes.

The edges will look done and start to pull away from the pan’s sides. Let it cool all the way down before frosting.

Make the ganache

Put heavy whipping cream in a bowl that can go in the microwave and heat it for 45 seconds. In a bowl, pour hot cream over the Hershey Kisses that have not been covered.

Allow them to sit for one minute. Mix everything together until it’s smooth. If you need to, heat the blend for another 30 to 45 seconds to help it melt.

After the brownies have cooled, pour the chocolate over them and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle with sprinkles right away if you want to.

Wait until the ganache is hard to cut it. Put the brownie pan in the fridge for about 30 minutes and then cut them. This will help the process go faster.

NOTES :

These chocolate kisses must be 93 in number for this recipe to work. You will need two 12 oz bags if you buy them. You could also get the “family size” bag, which is bigger and will have enough.
