Grilled Corn On The Cob Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn
- 1 tablespoon olive oil if direct grilling
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
To grill corn while it is still in its husks Take the husks of the corn and peel them back, but make sure to keep them attached to the bottom of the cob. While the corn is being covered, remove the silk and fold the husks back into place.
Place the corn in a sink or a large bowl of water and allow it to soak for at least fifteen minutes (if necessary, it can soak for an entire night). Bring the grill up to a medium-high temperature.

After removing the corn from the water, shake off any excess water to prevent it from leaking. After placing the corn on the grill, roast it for fifteen to twenty minutes, flipping it occasionally.
As soon as the corn has reached the desired level of doneness, remove it from the grill, remove the husks and serve it with butter, salt and pepper. The Corn Is Grilled Directly Put the grill on to a medium heat setting.
Corn should have its husks and silk removed. Use olive oil to coat each individual piece.
The corn should be placed directly on the grill and cooked for ten to fifteen minutes, flipping it occasionally.
