:Foiled BBQ Chicken with Corn on the Cob and Pinto Beans:Accompany with a garlic bread.
4 small ears corn
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon butter, melted
½ cup barbecue sauce
1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
Directions
Set oven temperature to 450 F (230 C).
Grease four large, roughly 12-by-18-inch sheets of aluminium foil lightly.
Place one ear of corn and two chicken drumsticks in the middle of each foil sheet. Put some salt and black pepper over it.
Drizzle melted butter over corn. Drizzle chicken with barbecue sauce.
Distribute pinto beans equally among the portions.
Loosely seal the edges of the foil after folding it around the chicken and corn. Fold the foil packages over onto a baking sheet.
Bake for about 40 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink at the bone and the juices are clear. If a thermometer is placed close to the bone, it should read 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius).
