If you want to, you can warm and slightly crisp the tortillas one at a time in a hot pan on the stove. You can also use the microwave to warm all of the tacos at once.’
ASSEMBLE TACOS :
Place cooked fish, avocado pieces, fish taco sauce, and chopped cilantro in the middle of each tortilla. Comes with lime wedges.
NOTES :
When you season the fish, add 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper to make it hot.
You can double the amounts of sauce in the fish taco sauce if you like a lot of it.
Don’t have sriracha sauce? You can use 1 teaspoon of adobo sauce from a can of chipotle in adobo, or more to your liking.
You can use coleslaw mix from a package instead of fresh chopped cabbage if you’d like.
If you want gluten-free tacos, make sure you use gluten-free dough.
