  • 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 Cup Almond Meal

INSTRUCTIONS

 

  • First things first, get all the materials ready. With our recipe, you can make everything bagel seasoning in your home in about three minutes.

 

  • Making our fathead dough comes first. Add the shredded mozzarella to the pot and melt it over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is completely melted. After the cheese has completely melted, turn off the heat and stir in one egg and almond meal. Add the egg and almond flour to the mozzarella cheese with a wooden spatula. Continue mixing until everything is well incorporated and a dough resembling a fathead begins to form.

 

  • This is the time to preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius, or 390 degrees Fahrenheit. Roll out the dough on parchment paper to create a very thin layer.

 

  • After rolling out your fathead dough, you may begin applying the egg wash. Make sure the entire sheet of rolled-out fathead dough has been covered with egg wash.
    Cut the entire sheet into the desired shapes—squares, triangles, rounds, or rectangles—using a pizza cutter.

 

  • Finally, sprinkle the entire sheet with the entire bagel topping. Put in the oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius, or 390 degrees Fahrenheit.
