Easy Rainbow Pasta Salad Recipe – Step by Step Guide
It’s possible that your kids will eat a bell pepper, but you won’t know for sure until you try. It’s all about publicity, and a lot of it. My two boys and I both hate eating raw tomatoes.
Ingredients
- 16 oz bag tri-colored pasta cooked
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper diced
- 1 orange bell pepper diced
- 1 green bell pepper diced
- ¼ cup red onions diced
- 4 oz can sliced black olives
- 1 cup cubed pepperonis or ham
- ½ bottle Italian dressing
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
InstructionÂ
As directed on the box, cook the pasta. Use a big bowl to put the cooked pasta in. Dice up some peppers, red onions, olives, and pepperonis and add them in.
Put in the Italian sauce. Add cheese on top. (For fun, cut the cheese cubes into stars!) Cover and put in the fridge to cool down so the taste can develop. Cold is best.
