Easy Monster Cookies Recipe – Learn Like a Pro
This recipe for monster cookies was kindly given to me by a former student who had previously attended my school. He came up with these during one of his lab sessions, and everyone, including himself, thought they were just amazing. Since that time, I have produced them, and I have received reviews that are comparable to those that I have received.
Ingredients
- 2 ⅔ cups peanut butter
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 ⅓ cups packed brown sugar
- 2 cups white sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 9 cups rolled oats
- 4 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions :
A temperature of 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) need to be reached in the oven before the meal is placed inside. The use of a mild oil on cookie sheets is something that is advised. The peanut butter and butter should be combined in a large bowl using an electric mixer to get the desired consistency.
After combining the two components, they should be beaten together until they reach a fluffy and spreadable consistency. Through the process of incorporation, the sugars are brought together in a thorough manner. When you add each egg to the mixture, it is absolutely necessary to give it a strong beating. This is an absolute must. Put the vanilla essence into the mixture and stir it together.

After the oats and baking soda have been mixed together in a separate bowl, gradually incorporate them into the peanut butter mixture with the use of a spoon. Each step of this method ought to be carried out multiple times. When you have finished adding the chocolate bits, stir them in.
Place the mixture onto the cookie sheets that have been prepared by using a scoop that is large enough to scoop full amounts. You can bake it in an oven that has been preheated for twelve to fifteen minutes, or until the sides are firm and the top is gently browned, whichever method you prefer.
