  • 2 tbsp buttermelted (or olive oil)
  • 3/4 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheeseI used Polly-o
  • 1 cup marinara or Filetto di Pomodoro
  • cooking spray

 

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In a small bowl, combine the following ingredients: almond meal, paprika, cayenne, garlic, sea salt, and black pepper. In order to mix, stir. Using a whisk, combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.

The egg should be broken into a second shallow bowl and whisked. While the other hand is whisking an egg, one hand is in charge of maintaining the stability of a bowl. The chicken breasts should be dipped in the egg bowl, any excess should be wiped off, and then they should be dipped in the almond meal mixture.
