Easiest Lemon Pepper Wing Recipe:-A particular favorite of ours is wings seasoned with lemon pepper, and this is especially true during the football season. I took the choice to make my own version of the lemon-pepper chicken wings that Wing stop offers after I had grown tired of spending a substantial amount of money on them.
I thought it would be fun to try my hand at making them. After everything was said and done, you were left with a plate that was empty and tummies that were satisfied.

After combining everything, let it sit in the marinade for at least an hour or overnight.
To a large mixing bowl, combine the following ingredients: flour, cornflour, lemon pepper spice, and baking powder.
Add one teaspoon of kosher salt to the seasoning mixture if the lemon pepper seasoning you are using does not contain any salt. Use a whisk to mix the ingredients.
dredging the chicken that has been marinated in the seasoning mixture, making sure that every part of the wing is covered in the seasoning dredging all the way through. When you pack the dredge into the wings
you can use your hand to help it adhere to the wings. Repeat until the spice mixture is evenly distributed throughout all of the wings.
Fry the chicken wings in batches for ten to twelve minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees
Fahrenheit. Preheating the oil in a heavy-bottomed pot to 350 degrees Fahrenheit is advised. Ensure that the temperature of the oil does not fall below 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
In the event that the temperature of the oil is too low, remove the wings until the oil temperature reaches the desired level.
Butter should be melted in a small pot over medium-low heat. Combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, and parsley by whisking them together.
Lemon pepper seasoning should also be added. In the event that you so wish, you can use a spoon to remove the milk solids before adding them to the wings.
Put the wings in a bowl with the sauce, and then toss them to coat them. Alternatively, you can brush the sauce over the wings if you like. Have fun!
