Delicious Taco Burgers Recipe – Simples Recipe Ever :- My explanation was that it contained all of the ingredients that are often found in a regular crispy taco, including picadillo, iceberg lettuce, shredded yellow cheese, tomatoes, and guacamole toppings.

The distinction, on the other hand, was that for the burger, you layered everything in between two buns rather than piling it inside a corn tortilla that had been fried. A friend of mine commented that that sounds like a sloppy Joe Joe. Although the meat was coupled with a variety of other ingredients, I concurred that the filling had a texture that was comparable to that of the flesh.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef, 80/20 fat percentage
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 10 cracks fresh black pepper
  • 6 (six-inch) flour tortillas (flour works best they’re more absorbent and the meat sticks better)
  • 6 slices muenster or provolone cheese
  • shredded lettuce, chopped white onion, and dill pickle chips for topping

BURGER SAUCE

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons minced bread & butter pickles
  • 1 tablespoon pickle brine
  • 10 cracks fresh black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the burger sauce by whisking them together. Can be prepared three days in advance and stored in the refrigerator until ready to use. Assemble your beef into balls that are 2 and a half ounces in size. If you handle the meat too roughly, it will get tough.

You want to avoid doing that. It is preferable to have less handling. In a bowl, combine the salt and pepper, and then proceed to roll each beef ball in the mixture. Take each ball and place it on a plate. Then, place the dish in the refrigerator until your flat top is ready to use.

The flat top should be placed on high heat without any grease. This is essential in order to have meat that is juicy, crispy, and crispy. Place a tortilla measuring six inches on top of each ball that you have placed on the heated flat top.

To get the meat as thin as possible, use your smashing tool to apply a very firm pressure on top of each tortilla. Continue doing this until the meat is completely thin. After allowing them to cook for one minute, press down once more on the top of each tortilla.

This will cause some of the fat to be released, which will allow the edges to fry in it. After that, allow the food to cook for two to three minutes without being disturbed. Because the patties are so thin, this amount of time is more than plenty for them to be cooked all the way through.

If you scrape underneath one of the burgers with a firm steel spatula, you may determine whether or not it has browned and become crispy.

Do not be afraid to be strong; the beef may be sticking to the surface a little bit, but that is alright. Increase the temperature of your grill if it is not browned and crispy; nonetheless, its temperature should be so high that it is smoking hot.

After the burger tacos have been browned and crisped, flip them over onto their tortilla side and continue cooking for approximately two minutes more.

This will allow the tortilla to get crispier by frying on the surface. Cheese, which will melt as the tortillas start to crisp, should be placed on top. After removing the burger, add the toppings and sauce, and then enjoy!

Notes

Advice: Customization: If you want more taste and texture, feel free to add or swap out ingredients like corn, black beans, or pickled jalapeños.

Better Options: For a lower-carb option, serve the burgers on lettuce wraps rather than buns, or use ground turkey instead of beef.

Make-Ahead: This is a convenient meal prep option because patties may be prepared and chilled for up to 24 hours before cooking.
