Creamy One Pot Tuscan Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients 

For the chicken:

  • 1 & 1/2 pounds
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter

 

For the pasta:

  • 8 ounces canned sundried tomatoes, drained and roughly chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons prepared pesto
  • 1 cup unsalted chicken stock
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese plus more for garnish
  • 8 ounces rigatoni or other short pasta cooked al dente

 

Instructions

Toss the chicken in bowl that is about the size of baseball in pieces.Toss the chicken with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.3/4 teaspoon of kosher salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder.
The chicken breasts weigh 1.5 pounds and don’t have any bones or skin on them.Put the butter and olive oil in the Dutch oven once it is hot.Three times through, add the chicken until it turns light golden brown colour and is fully cooked.little more than minutes for each.

Season the baby spinach with salt and pepper, then add it to the sauce and mix it in.Let the sauce and spinach cook together.There is half teaspoon of black pepper and half teaspoon of kosher salt. Cook the chicken and add it to the pasta. 

 


Then add the Parmesan cheese and pasta sauce.Add the sauce on top of everything and mix it all together.1/2 cup of chopped Parmesan cheese, 8 ounces of rigatoni or another short pasta Bring it back to a boil and stir it often until it’s hot.Put more Parmesan cheese on top and serve right away.
