For the chicken:
- 1 & 1/2 pounds
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

- 2 tablespoons salted butter
For the pasta:
- 8 ounces canned sundried tomatoes, drained and roughly chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons prepared pesto
- 1 cup unsalted chicken stock
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese plus more for garnish
- 8 ounces rigatoni or other short pasta cooked al dente
Instructions
When the chicken is done, put it on a plate and put it somewhere else. 1/2 cup of salty butter and 1/2 cup of olive oil Put the garlic, pesto, and sun-dried tomatoes in the pan.
