Instructions

You should finish all of your preparations before you begin cooking. Prepare the chicken fillets by slicing them very thinly. Mix the chicken with cornstarch, soy sauce, and mirin in a bowl containing the chicken. Put aside for later. First, chop the chili peppers, and then, if necessary, remove the seeds. The white parts of the scallions should be chopped very finely, while the dark parts should be cut into the larger pieces.

Ginger and garlic cloves should be grated finely. To make the sauce, put all of the ingredients into a basin or a jar and mix them together. Cook rice or noodles in accordance with the instructions on the package. Oil should be heated over high heat in a wok or skillet. Sear the chicken for one minute without stirring it while it is spread out in a single layer. After that, begin stirring the chicken and fry it for two minutes, until it is almost completely cooked.

It is very suggested that there be garlic, ginger, and chili peppers used in the recipe. In the meantime, wait thirty seconds while stirring the liquid in a stirring motion continually. To ensure that everything is well combined, add the scallions and stir them in. Once you have added the sauce that has been prepared, continue to cook the mixture for one minute, or until the sauce begins to thicken, whichever occurs first. Rice or noodles should be included in the serving you are constructing. Enjoy yourself very much!
