- ¼ cup cornstarch
- 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

Instructions
You should finish all of your preparations before you begin cooking. Prepare the chicken fillets by slicing them very thinly. Mix the chicken with cornstarch, soy sauce, and mirin in a bowl containing the chicken. Put aside for later. First, chop the chili peppers, and then, if necessary, remove the seeds.
