Chicken Pot Pie Pasta -Delicious Recipe Ever:- A lot of people like chicken pot pie as a comfort food, but it’s hard to make it from scratch instead of heating up a frozen one.

This pasta dish might be good for you if your idea of comfort is less work. It’s “creamy and comforting… [with] all the flavors of chicken pot pie,” according to recipe maker Hayley MacLean.

The best part is that you don’t have to make a crust, and it’s ready in just over 30 minutes.

Chicken Pot Pie Pasta -Delicious Recipe Ever

Ingredients :

  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 large yellow onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • Optional Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

 Optional Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions :

Follow the steps on the package to cook the noodles, then drain them.

Warm up the butter in a big pan over medium-low heat. Put the onion, garlic, and mixed veggies in the pan.

Add thyme, ½ teaspoon of salt, and ¼ teaspoon of pepper to the veggies and mix them together. It will take about 5 minutes of cooking for the onions to get soft.

Put the flour in and mix it in until the veggies are covered. Cook the veggies for a while before adding the heavy cream and chicken broth.

It will take about 5 minutes of stirring the vegetables every now and then until the sauce gets thick.

Mix the cooked pasta and chicken with the veggies after you add them. To taste, add salt and pepper to the pasta mix.
If you want, you can add fresh parsley as a garnish.

Finish the dish by adding the chicken and pasta :

Last, add the noodles and chicken to the veggies and mix them together. You can add some fresh parsley to the dish if you want to make it look better.

Green salad is a good idea for a side dish, and MacLean likes her stew with extra vegetables—green ones are her favorite.

MacLean points out, “While this can be made ahead of time, I recommend serving it fresh to get the best textures!” Of course, she does say that you can store extras in the fridge for five days.

When you reheat the noodles, you might need to add a little more liquid, though.
