  • Prepare a baking dish measuring 9 inches by 13 inches by lightly greasing it and preheating your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
  • Prepare the gnocchi in accordance with the instructions provided on the package until they float to the top of the water that is about to boil. Drain, then set aside for later use.

  • Gnocchi that has been cooked, roasted red peppers that have been sliced, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper should be mixed together in a sizeable mixing bowl.
  • Make sure that the ingredients are distributed evenly by thoroughly mixing them.

  • The bottom of the baking dish that has been prepared should have half of the marinara sauce poured into it and spread out in an even layer around the dish.
  • To ensure that the gnocchi and roasted pepper mixture is distributed evenly, place it on top of the marinara sauce using a spoon.

  • A portion of the shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses should be sprinkled over the gnocchi mixture.
  • The remaining marinara sauce should be poured over the cheese layer, and then it should be spread out evenly using a spatula.

  • On top of the marinara sauce, sprinkle the remaining shredded cheeses, making sure that they are distributed evenly across the surface.
  • After covering the baking dish with aluminium foil, place it in an oven that has been preheated and bake it for twenty minutes.

  • After twenty minutes, take off the aluminium foil and continue baking for another ten to fifteen minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and melted, and the edges are a golden brown colour.
  • Following the completion of the baking process, take the Cheesy Gnocchi and Roasted Pepper Bake out of the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • Adding fresh basil leaves as a garnish will add a splash of colour and flavour to the dish.
  • Enjoy the irresistible combination of gooey cheese, tender gnocchi, and savoury roasted peppers by serving the dish immediately after it has been heated.
