This pasta dish is not like any other you’ve known before. You are in for some pleasant surprises with the creamy sausage spaghetti!
It is a lovely combination of juicy Kielbasa sausage, fresh vegetables and a sauce that is lusciously creamy, and it will keep you coming back for more and more! I find that I am continually returning to it. This dish appears to be the one that keeps popping into my head during the summertime, when my tomatoes are ripe and other vegetables are also seasonally available.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Farfalle pasta
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ⅓ cup yellow onion finely chopped
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 & ½ cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sliced grape tomatoes
- 4 cups spinach packed
- 1 pound Kielbasa sliced into ½ inch pieces
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 lemon
Instructions

One kilogramme of Farfalle pasta , Place the butter in a big pot and cook it over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic for one minute after adding them to the pan.
