Ingredients :
- 2 lbs chicken thighs (boneless skinless thighs, or substitute boneless skinless chicken breasts)

- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger

- 1½ tablespoon cornstarch (mixed with 2 tablespoons of cold water
Instructions :
Put the chicken legs in a medium-sized bowl and add the canola oil. Toss the parts together. Add pepper and salt.
Set a big pot or grill pan on high heat. Also, put the water, garlic powder, soy sauce, lemon juice, and sugar in a different bowl. Use a stir to mix.
Before you add the chicken legs, make sure the pan is hot. Cook each side for three to five minutes.
Put the sauce mix in a different pan and bring it to a boil while the chicken is cooking.
