French Toast Without Eggs
For a family member who can’t have eggs, I make egg-free French toast that tastes just like my regular dish. I’ve made it in two different ways, and both have worked very well.
Cornstarch: Use 1/3 cup of cornstarch instead of the eggs that the recipe calls for.
Leave out the eggs—I’ve also made it without the eggs. It still tastes great and the outside is still crispy.

Vegan French Toast
Choose one of the egg-free recipes above, use vegan butter, and milk that doesn’t contain cheese.
