Today’s Korean-style baked chicken wings are one of the easiest ways to enjoy chicken in a Korean way. There are many different ways to enjoy chicken in a Korean fashion. It is the refrigerator that is responsible for the longest amount of labor (marination), while the oven is where the most significant job (cooking) is done! Ingredients
Sauce
- ¼ cup soy sauce (low sodium)
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon ginger (fresh, minced)
Korean BBQ Chicken
- 4 pound chicken drumsticks
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon cilantro (or parsley, chopped)
Instructions
To prepare a baking sheet, preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit, line it with aluminum foil, and then lay a wire rack on top of it. Spray it with olive oil. Prepare your breading station by placing eggs that have been beaten with water in one bowl and cornflake or panko crumbs that have been combined together in another bowl (your best bet for this is a shallow bowl).
