Instructions

  • You should put all of your ingredients, with the exception of the blueberries, into a high-speed blender and mix them together until you have a thick batter.
  • First, transfer your batter to a large mixing bowl, and then incorporate your blueberries into the batter. Allow the batter to sit for five to ten minutes so that it can thicken.
  • You can add a little bit of milk of your choice if the batter is too thick.
  • The temperature of a large non-stick pan should be set to low-medium.
  • Make certain that the pan is greased. As soon as the pan is hot, pour portions of the batter equal to a quarter cup onto it, and cover it immediately.
  • The pancakes should be allowed to cook for two to three minutes, or until the edges become golden, before being flipped and repeated.
  • Instantaneously serve after cooking, or allow to cool completely before storing in the refrigerator or freezer for later use.

Frequently asked questions

  • Why are my pancakes thick and grainy?
By using almond meal rather than almond flour, you run the risk of your pancakes having a grainy texture. This is because almond meal is produced with the skins of the almonds still intact.
  • Regarding the ketogenic diet, are blueberries permitted?
Unquestionably! In addition to being suitable for the ketogenic diet, blueberries are an excellent addition to any ketogenic breakfast or dessert. Only six grammes of net carbs are contained in one cup of blueberries per serving.
