Instructions
Warm the oven or toaster oven up to 350 F. Cut the ends off of your asparagus and blanch them in a thin layer of hot water for just one minute. This will make the stalks bright green and soft. Immediately put the spears in a bowl of ice water or rinse them with very cold water to stop the cooking. Then, strain the spears.
Put them in the food processor and pulse a few times to make a mush. One huge cup of beautiful green mush is what you’ll need. Put the cheeses, smashed garlic, and spices in a food processor. Pulse the machine to mix the ingredients. Try the herbs and change them to suit your taste.
Put the mixture in a baking dish. Add some extra chopped cheese and a thin layer of panko bread crumbs on top. Add a thin layer of olive oil on top, and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. Grab some crunchy tortilla chips and your favourited dips and dive in!
