Ingredients:
For the Cake:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). For easier removal, prepare a baking pan measuring 9 by 13 inches by greasing and flouring it or lining it with parchment paper.
- The all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg should be mixed together in a bowl of medium size using a whisk until they are thoroughly combined. Put aside for later.
