Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie Recipe : This pineapple smoothie has several health advantages and is a creamy, cool tropical pleasure. Incorporating turmeric with pineapple, mango, banana, orange juice, and Greek yogurt can have anti-inflammatory health effects.

Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie Recipe 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple cubes
  • 1 cup frozen mango cubes
  • ½ cup frozen banana
  • 2 teaspoon turmeric paste frozen
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup freshly squeezed orange juice

For Garnish –

  • Fresh pineapple wedges
  • Chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

Cube the pineapple, mango, and banana. To freeze, place in individual zip-lock bags. Freeze for 4–6 hours or leave it in overnight.

Fresh orange juice should be squeezed out right before you prepare a pineapple smoothie.

In a strong blender, add Greek yogurt, frozen fruits, freshly squeezed orange juice, and turmeric paste. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Optional: Sweeten the smoothie with honey for an added boost.

Transfer smoothie into bowls or serving glasses. Add a few chia seeds. Serve the smoothie right away by placing the pineapple wedge on the side of the glass.
