Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes, rinsed, peeled, and cut into ½ inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Coarse kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Warm up the air fryer to 400oF. Add the sweet potato cubes to a large bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Putting the sweet potatoes in the air fryer should be done in batches so that the basket doesn’t get too crowded. Cook for 10 to 14 minutes, shaking the basket every so often.
