  • 2 Medium Vine-Ripe Tomatoes, halved and sliced
  • 1 English Cucumber, halved and sliced
  • 6 Radishes, halved and sliced
  • ½ Medium Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces Feta Cheese, sliced
  • Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling, try our rich and peppery Early Harvest or Spanish Hojiblanca EVOO
  • Sumac, optional for seasoning



Instructions :

  • Using dinner bowls that are shallow, begin by spreading around three to four teaspoons of hummus on one side of the bowl. After that, add the salad, and then include three to four falafel patties.
  • Your bowls should be filled with the fresh veggies, olives, pickles, and feta cheese slices. Fill the spaces that are empty with these ingredients.
  • Put the finishing touches on each dish by adding a liberal amount of extra virgin olive oil and a dash of sumac to season it (this step is optional).


Notes :

  • Prepare ahead tips :-In order to prepare ahead of time, you can make the falafel mixture and shape it into patties in accordance with this recipe. You can then store them in the refrigerator or freezer until you are ready to cook them. Once frozen, falafel can be cooked in the oven. It is also possible to create the salad of your choice and the hummus, and then store them in separate containers in the refrigerator for a period of two to three days.
