Instructions

Within a large skillet, bring the olive oil to a temperature of medium-high. After adding the diced potatoes to the skillet, continue to cook them for around ten to twelve minutes, tossing them regularly, until they have a golden brown color and a crispy exterior while remaining tender on the inside. Put the potatoes in a separate bowl after removing them from the skillet.

In the same skillet, add the steak that has been sliced very thinly and cook it for approximately three to four minutes, or until it is browned on both sides and cooked to the degree of doneness that you choose. Taking the steak out of the skillet, keep it aside for later use.
Cook the sliced onion in the skillet for two to three minutes, or until it has become more tender.

Once the garlic has become fragrant, add it to the skillet and continue to cook it for another one to two minutes. Place the potatoes and steak that have been cooked back into the skillet. Paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper should be sprinkled over the mixture before serving. To ensure that everything is evenly heated and seasoned, continue cooking for a further two to three minutes after giving it a thorough stir to integrate. If preferred, garnish with fresh parsley that has been chopped, and serve while still hot.

Tips

Before cooking the steak, marinate it for thirty minutes to an hour in the steak marinade of your choice. This will add more flavour to the meat. In order to ensure that the potatoes are cooked evenly, it is important to cut them into small, consistent cubes. It is recommended that you cook your steak for an additional one to two minutes on each side if you like it well-done. You are free to modify this dish by adding any vegetables that you enjoy eating, such as broccoli, mushrooms, or bell peppers.
