Nutrition Tips:

The amount of fat and calories that are present in the dish can be reduced by selecting lean pieces of chicken breast to use in the preparation of the dish. Chicken breast is an excellent source of protein, in addition to having a minimal quantity of saturated fat in its composition.

In addition to adding flavour, the marinade, which is comprised of lime juice, olive oil, and garlic, does not contribute an excessive amount of additional calories. The chicken is also made more soft as a result. In addition to that, it gives the chicken a smoky flavour that is just amazing.

In addition to being high in vitamin C and fibre, strawberries are also an excellent source of antioxidants. The dish is enriched with flavour and nutrition thanks to the addition of this salsa. In order to give some variety, you might also include additional fruits, such as sliced mango or pineapple.

Keeping track of your calorie intake requires that you pay attention to the size of your portions. Your goal should be to fill half of your plate with veggies, one quarter with a source of protein (maybe chicken), and the remaining quarter with a whole grain or another type of nutritious starch.
