Lemon Brownies Recipe:-Up until this point, lemon has never been on my list of favorite flavors. In the emergency room where I work, there is a never-ending potluck that takes place, and they are usually a favorite among the attendees. Over the course of the past year, I have been yearning to publish them. I really hope that you take pleasure in them as well.
Lemon Brownies Recipe
Ingredients:
1 . Brownies
- The amount of all-purpose flour – ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- One-half cup of white sugar
- Unsalted butter, softened to a quarter cup
- Half a teaspoon of sea salt
- Three eggs
- Juice from two teaspoons of lemon
- 1 teaspoon of lemon zest, plus additional lemon zest for icing
2 . Icing
- sugar for confectioners’ use, one cup
- One-fourth of a cup of lemon juice
- One-half teaspoon of vanilla extract
Directions:
Step 1.
- Amass all of the ingredients.
Step 2.
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- An 8-inch square baking dish should be greased.
Step 3.
- In a bowl, use an electric mixer to thoroughly combine the flour, white sugar, butter, and sea salt.
- Beat the mixture until it is completely combined.
- The butter, flour, sugar, and salt from the sea were thoroughly combined and blended together.
Step 4.
- In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, two teaspoons of lemon juice,
- one tablespoon of lemon zest by whisking them together.
Step 5.
- Mix into flour mixture and beat on medium speed until smooth, about 3 minutes.
Step 6.
- Pour the batter into the baking dish that has been prepared.
Step 7.
- After 23 to 25 minutes of baking in an oven that has been preheated
- a toothpick that has been placed in the center should come out clean. Bring the temperature of the bottom of the dish up to a warm touch.
Step 8.
- In a bowl, combine the confectioners’ sugar, a quarter cup of lemon juice, vanilla essence, and lemon zest (to taste), and whisk until smooth. Spread the mixture over the brownies at the desired thickness.
