Layered Cherry Cheesecake Dessert Recipe:- Cherry cheesecake is a simple dessert that you can enjoy any day of the week. It has a cookie-like crust, tangy cream cheese, and sweet cherry pie filling.

On a white plate is a dessert slice of layered cherry cheesecake with a maraschino cherry and a mint sprig on top.

You already know how much I love cheesecake if you’ve been here for a while. Some of my favourite things to make are cheesecake recipes.

Cherry cheesecake is one of my favourites. Classic, and there’s something special about the way the tangy, smooth cheesecake and sweet cherries taste together.

I don’t always have the time or energy to make a full cheesecake from scratch, though. That’s why I like to think of easy ways to get the same flavours.

Which is why this layered cherry cheesecake dessert is so good. The cool, creamy, and tasty texture makes it look very fancy, with all of its layers.

Instructions

  • Warm the oven up to 350°F. Put foil or parchment paper inside a 9×13-inch pan and spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Using the paddle attachment on a stand mixer, mix the flour, butter, sugar, and salt together until they are all mixed in. The mixture will be crumbly.
  • Put the dough into the pan that has been prepared.
  • You can use your hands or the floured bottom of a measuring cup to press the dough into an even layer in the pan.
  • Put in a hot oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Take the pan out of the oven and put it on a rack to cool down completely.
  • Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla together until smooth and creamy.
  • Once the crust layer is completely cool, you can make the cream cheese layer.
  • Add an 8-ounce container of whipped topping and mix it in with a rubber spatula.
  • Spread the cream cheese mix out on top of the crust in an even layer.
  • After that, mix the custard mixes and milk with a whisk. Let the mixture thicken for five minutes, then spread it on top of the cream cheese layer.
  • Spread the cherry pie filling out over the custard after adding it.
  • And finally, put an 8-ounce container of whipped topping on top. Put it in the fridge for at least six hours.
