Healthy Marinated Cucumber, Onion, and Tomato Salad Recipe ;- This very simple salad made with cucumbers and tomatoes is not only delicious but also very quick to create, and it only takes fifteen minutes to prepare. Makes makes an excellent accompaniment to practically any food, and it goes well with almost everything! This salad is perfect for serving with either my Chicken Kafta or my Beef Kafta, which I have a recipe for. This salad, which is both simple and fresh, will quickly become your go-to salad once you prepare it.

 

Healthy Marinated Cucumber, Onion, and Tomato Salad Recipe

There is only a small number of ingredients that are required, and you probably already have them in your pantry and refrigerator when you make it. In light of this, preparing this salad with cucumbers and tomatoes will not only be simple but also something that you will adore. Onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers are used in its preparation. Afterward, incorporate a flavorful Italian Balsamic dressing into the mix! Ingredients

  • 6 Small Cucumbersdiced (or one large English cucumber)
  • 1- pint Cherry or Grape Tomatoessliced in half or quartered
  • 1/2 Purple/Red Onionthinly sliced

Dressing:

  • 2 Tablespoon Avocado Oilor Olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Lemonjuiced
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • garlic cloveminced

 

Instructions

Getting the Vegetables together: The cucumbers and red onion should be sliced very thinly. Reduce the tomatoes to bite-sized pieces by chopping them. Bringing the Vegetables Together: Put the diced tomatoes, red onion, and sliced cucumbers into a big bowl and mix them everything together.

For the dressing, prepare: Olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice (if using), honey or maple syrup (if using), dried oregano, salt, and pepper should be mixed together in a small bowl using a whisk until they are thoroughly incorporated.

For the salad, marinate it: After the cucumber, onion, and tomato mixture has been combined, pour the dressing over it. Make sure that the dressing is distributed equally across all of the vegetables by giving it a good toss.

Take it easy: You can either use plastic wrap or a lid to cover the bowl.In order to allow the flavors to combine, place the dish in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Allowing it to marinade for a few hours or overnight will create the most flavorful results.

Provide: Make sure to give the salad a thorough spin before serving. Add some fresh basil or parsley as a garnish to enhance the flavor and color of the dish.
