Instructions
As directed on the package, boil the pasta, adding a minute or two extra to the cooking time. (maintain them in dente).
After they are done, drain and set them aside.
Warm up an excess of virgin olive oil. In EVOO, sauté minced garlic and red chili flakes.
Stir in the Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce and Rao’s Homemade Arrabbiata. Blend in 2 tsp of sugar thoroughly. Simmer it for a while.
Add the BelGioioso Shredded Four Cheese, Fontina, and Mozzarella cheeses. Stir thoroughly, then reduce heat until the cheese melts. Mix in the ricotta cheese. Blend thoroughly.
Add cooked spaghetti and stir. Arrange the spaghetti onto a baking sheet. It’s acceptable if it appears a little watery. Panko baking absorbs a lot of moisture.
Combine all of the ingredients mentioned under “Crumbs” to make a panko mix. Add a good pinch of crumbs to the spaghetti in the baking tray.
Bake the tray for 35 minutes at 375°F with the foil covering it.
Once exposed, broil for three to five minutes. Watch it closely while broiling to prevent the crumbs from burning.
Savor it while it’s still hot with breadsticks and a side salad!
