Everything Bagel Roast Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (4 small breasts)
  • 8 teaspoons Everything But The Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend
  • 4 tablespoons Cream Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions

Warm the oven up to 350°F. You want to leave a small gap between the two sides of the chicken breasts when you cut them open across the width. Season with salt.

Cover both sides of each chicken breast with the bagel spice. If it’s faster, put the seasoning in a shallow plate with sides. If not, just sprinkle it on now.

Put one tablespoon of cream cheese on the end of each breast, then roll them up and use toothpicks to hold them together.

In a big cooking pan that can go in the oven, heat the oil over medium-high heat. It will take about two to three minutes to sear the chicken until both sides are golden brown.

The chicken is done when the quick read thermometer reads 165°F and the pan is taken out of the oven. This should take about 15 to 20 minutes.
