INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons cane sugar
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder aluminum free
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray

INSTRUCTIONS

Set the oven’s temperature to 425°F. Grease a 13 x 18 baking sheet well with cooking spray.

Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a sizable bowl. Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and gradually whisk in the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla essence until the ingredients are well blended, leaving some small pieces of butter.

 

Evenly spread the pancake batter after pouring it onto the ready pan.

 

Chocolate chips should be sprinkled in one quadrant, followed by blueberries, strawberries, and bananas in the final quadrant. For 15–17 minutes, or until golden brown, bake.

Cut into 12 pieces and serve right away with maple syrup on the side, if preferred.
