Cranberry Orange Fudge -Delicious Recipe Ever

Ingredients :

  • 18 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 can ( 14 ounces ) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • zest of 3 oranges
  • 1 teaspoon orange extract

Instructions :

Put parchment paper on the bottom and sides of an 8×8-inch baking pan and set it aside.

Set some orange juice and cranberries aside to sprinkle on top.

Put water into a pot and turn the heat up to high. I used a glass bowl that can handle heat and put chopped chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in it.

Lower the heat so that the water in the pot simmers, then put a heat-safe bowl on top of the pot to make a double boiler.

Set the bowl so that its bottom doesn’t touch the water in the pot. Leave about 2 inches of space between the two.

For about 8 minutes, stir the chocolate mixture all the time with a spoon until it melts and is completely smooth.

When it’s done, take it off the heat and quickly add the orange peel, cranberries, and orange flavor. Mix until everything is well mixed.

Put the mixture into the pan that has already been prepared. Spread it out evenly and smooth the top. Apple slices and orange peel can be sprinkled on top. Put it in the fridge for six hours or overnight. Before you serve, cut it into cubes.

 Notes :

For a fuller taste, use good white chocolate. Cut the chocolate into small pieces so it melts faster.

In a double boiler, make sure that the bottom of a heat-safe bowl does not touch the water in the pan below.

How do I store? In a jar that keeps air out, put in the fridge for up to 7 days.

Could it be frozen? To freeze, cut it into cubes and put them in a box with parchment paper between the layers.
